Is there currently an issue with demo.wss.com? When I try to log in I'm returned to the login page, with no error message and the userID and password fields empty.

Also, unrelated, I noticed you're using TLS. I'm not sure if that's new or I just didn't notice when it changed.

@rob-fitzpatrick - we had a problem yesterday with demo. I'm told that it was fixed and it seems to work for me.

If you are still having problems try clearing your cookies (just the wss.com cookies really need to be cleared).

Yes, we're converting the portals to https. That's been going on for a little while.

I had this problem again this morning. I deleted my saved login from Firefox and then logged in again successfully. This took me to the graphs for the first of the two DBs I'm monitoring. When I select the second DB from the drop-down, I get this message in the browser:

              "Unauthorized

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required."

I logged out and back in again but I still get this error.

@Rob-Fitzpatrick - We were able to replicate the issue and we are working on it.

Workaround: Instead of using the drop down - please click on 'Home' then select the database of your choice.
